Protein Kinase A, alpha/beta, Catalytic Subunit, phosphorylated (Thr197) (PKAa,b)

May be stored at 4 °C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 °C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Recognizes human PKA catalytic subunits a and b when phosphorylated at Thr197. Species sequence homology: mouse, rat, bovine, porcine and frog.This antibody exibited a preference for PKA catalytic subunit b in some cell lines tested.
