IgG, H&L, X-Adsorbed (FITC)

Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20 °C. Stable for 12 months at -20 °C. Reconstitute with sterile 40-50% glycerol, dH2O. Aliquot and store at -20 °C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20 °C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.<br>

Recognizes Mouse IgG. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-fluorescein, anti-donkey serum, mouse IgG and mouse serum. Does not crossreact with bovine, chicken, goat, guinea pig, hamster, equine, human, rabbit, rat and sheep serum proteins.
