DDO-7263
DDO-7263 is a 1,2,4-oxadiazole-based Nrf2 activator that binds to Rpn6, inhibiting 26S proteasome assembly and stabilizing ubiquitinated Nrf2. This activation of the Nrf2-ARE pathway confers anti-inflammatory activity, supporting its research use in models of oxidative stress and inflammation both in vitro and in vivo.
