NaPi-2A (Npt IIa)

May be stored at 4 °C for short-term only. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20 °C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20 °C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.<br>

Recognizes human NaPi-2A (Npt IIa). Species sequence homology: rat, mouse, ovine and opossum-100%, rabbit-95%, zebra fish-85% and frog- 71%. The sequence also has significant sequence homology (~65%) with mouse, rat and human Type-IIb transporters.
