HLA Class 2 Antigen DP, DQ, DR (PE)
Product Specifications
NCBI Gene ID
3115
Reactivity
Human
Storage Conditions
Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4 °C. Stable for 12 months at 4 °C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at 4 °C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at 4 °C. Freezing R-Phycoerythrin (PE) conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity. PE conjugates are sensitive to light.
Specificity
Recognizes a monomorphic determinant common to DP, DQ and DR beta chains, which are expressed by antigen presenting cells, B cells, monocytes and activated T lymphocytes.
