TCR, gamma, delta (T Cell Receptor)

May be stored at 4 °C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 °C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Recognizes a constant determinant of the rat gamma/delta T cell receptor. This antibody stains all rat gamma/delta T cells, and also identifies as gamma/delta T cells a population of dendritic epidermal T lymphocytes. It may be used to stimulate the proliferation of gamma/delta T cells in the presence of either IL-2 or IL-4.
