TK-129 is a potent, orally bioavailable KDM5B inhibitor (IC50 = 44 nM) with a low-toxicity profile. It exhibits cardioprotective effects by disrupting the KDM5B-associated Wnt pathway, reducing myocardial fibrosis and remodeling in isoprenaline-induced in vivo models, and attenuating Ang II-induced cardiac fibroblast activation in vitro for cardiovascular disease research.
