Specificity
Recognizes MAP-2 protein (Mr 300kD) from bovine brain. Strongly crossreacts with MAP-2 from human, rat, mouse and chicken brains. Reacts with the high MW forms (2a & 2b) of MAP-2 but not with the low MW form (2c).
