TLR4/MD-2 Complex (Toll Like Receptor 4/MD-2) (FITC)

For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and store at -20 °C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20 °C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. FITC conjugates are sensitive to light.

Recognizes mouse toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4), when associated with MD-2 and co-precipitates MD-2 with TLR4. The antibody was shown to coprecipitate MD-2 (30kD) with TLR4 (100kD). It does not detect TLR4 alone.
