Tumor Necrosis Factor Receptor 2, p75/p80 (TNFR2, CD120b) (Biotin)
Product Specifications
NCBI Gene ID
7133
Reactivity
Human
Storage Conditions
May be stored at 4 °C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 °C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Specificity
Reacts with the extracellular part of the TNF-RII. It also reacts with the soluble receptor. Reactivity with cellbound TNF-Receptor is minimally inhibited by high concentrations of TNF-alpha.
