Neutrophil Defensin 5 (NP5)

May be stored at 4 °C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 °C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Recognizes natural, synthetic and recombinant rabbit Neutrophil Defensin 5. Reacts with natural NP-5 in biological solutions, in tissue sections and leukocyte smears fixed with ethanol, methanol/acetone or paraformaldehyde and in Flow Cytometry analysis of rabbit neutrophils stained by cell permeabilization method.
