Specificity
Recognizes the human Her2/neu (also known as c-erbB-2) proto-oncogene, which is expressed at the cell surface of a range of tumor cells. In many types of tumor Her2/neu expression is related to poor prognosis, with an increased risk of metastasis. 3H593 recognizes epitope E of Her2/neu.
