Recognizes rSec6 at 87kD. Species Cross Reactivity: human, mouse, rat, bovine, canine, chicken, hamster, sheep, porcine, monkey and rabbit. Immunofluorescence of PC12 cells shows co-localization of rSec6 with vesicles and sites of exocytosis.
