ATPase beta 1, Na, K

May be stored at 4 °C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 °C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Recognizes the beta1 subunit isoform of rabbit ATPase beta 1, Na, K, which runs as a broad band at an apparent MW of 48-55kD due to glycosylation. Species Crossreactivity: Human, rat and canine. Does not crossreact with mouse.
