Piribedil hydrochloride
Piribedil hydrochloride is a dopamine D2/D3 receptor agonist and α2-adrenoceptor antagonist used in Parkinson's disease research. It also inhibits the MLL1 methyltransferase (EC50=0.18 μM), making it a tool for studying epigenetic mechanisms in cancer and other disorders. Its activity has been demonstrated in both in vitro assays and in vivo models.
