HG122 is a small molecule that induces proteasomal degradation of the androgen receptor (AR) . It demonstrates potent activity in inhibiting castration-resistant prostate cancer (CRPC) cell growth in vitro and has shown efficacy in preclinical in vivo models of the disease.
