Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20 °C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Specificity

Recognizes HLA Class 2 Antigen-DR11. Specificity was determined at a 1:10 dilution by the Microcytotoxicity test under standard NIH conditions.
