HLA Class 1 Antigen A24,A11,A2403 (X-Reactive)

Lyophilized and reconstited products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20 degrees C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH20. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Recognizes HLA Class 1 Antigen-A24,A11,A2403. Specificity was determined at a 1:10 dilution by the microcytotoxicity test under standard NIH conditions.
