Ly49F (Azide Free)

May be stored at 4 °C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 °C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Recognizes the B6 allele of the Ly49F receptor. Stains ~11% of NK1.1+CD3- splenocytes, and 3.5% (2.5 month old) to 10.0% (11 month old) of CD8+ spleen cells from C57BL/6 mice.
