PAK4-IN-2 is a potent and selective PAK4 inhibitor with an IC50 of 2.7 nM. It induces G0/G1 phase arrest and apoptosis in MV4-11 cells in vitro, demonstrating its utility for studying PAK4 signaling in cancer research, including leukemia models.
