SRI-41315 is a molecular glue degrader of eRF1 that induces ribosomal pausing at premature termination codons (PTCs) . It has been shown to restore CFTR function in both immortalized and primary human bronchial epithelial cells, demonstrating its potential for research in cystic fibrosis and nonsense mutation-mediated diseases.
