(R) -Oxybutynin

Aroxybutynin, the (R) -enantiomer of oxybutynin, is an orally active muscarinic antagonist used to study neurogenic bladder dysfunction. It exhibits anticholinergic and antispasmodic activity by competitively inhibiting carbachol-induced contractions in both in vitro and in vivo research models.
