Rucaparib hydrochloride
Rucaparib hydrochloride (AG014699) is a potent, orally active PARP-1/2/3 inhibitor (Ki=1.4 nM for PARP1) and a modest H6PD inhibitor. It is a research tool for studying DNA damage response and has demonstrated activity in preclinical models of castration-resistant prostate cancer and other BRCA-deficient cancers.
