MS023 dihydrochloride is a potent and selective cytosolic inhibitor of type I PRMTs (PRMT1, 3, 4, 6, 8) . It exhibits antitumor activity and has been used in breast cancer research, where in vitro studies show it can increase the proliferative capacity of muscle stem cells (MuSCs) .
