VO-OHPic is a potent, selective, and reversible noncompetitive PTEN inhibitor (IC50 = 46 nM) . It has demonstrated protective effects in doxorubicin-induced cardiomyopathy models by reducing apoptosis, cardiac remodeling, and M1 macrophage polarization, while also inhibiting autophagy.
