CHGA, Human (P.pastoris, His)

CHGA protein robustly inhibits glucose-induced insulin release from the pancreas, functioning as a non-competitive nicotinic cholinergic antagonist. It inhibits catecholamine release, displays antibacterial activity, induces mast cell responses, and scavenges free radicals. CHGA may also regulate cardiac function and blood pressure. CHGA Protein, Human (P.pastoris, His) is the recombinant human-derived CHGA protein, expressed by P. pastoris , with N-His labeled tag.
