HIF-1/2α-IN-1 is an orally bioavailable small molecule inhibitor of HIF-2α (IC50 = 0.92 μM) that also reduces HIF-1α levels. It is a valuable research tool for studying hypoxia signaling pathways, particularly in models of clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC) both in vitro and in vivo.
