EV-A71-IN-1
EV-A71-IN-1 is a broad-spectrum capsid-binding inhibitor of human enteroviruses, including EV-A71 (EC50 = 0.27 μM) . It functions by blocking the VP1-hSCARB2 receptor interaction. This compound is suitable for in vitro antiviral mechanism studies and shows high selectivity with low cytotoxicity (CC50 > 56.2 μM) in cell-based assays.
