mAb anti-human Colorectal Carcinoma

The selected monoclonal antibody reacts with frozen and formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded human colorectal carcinoma tissues, but does not react with normal adult tissues tested such as liver, colon, breast, stomach, lymph node, and kidney. This antibody can detect the presence of the tumor-associated antigen in the serum of patients with colorectal carcinoma, and was shown to react with mucin-like oncofetal pancarcinoma antigen, glycoprotein TAG-72 (MW: 220-400kDa.)<br>Colorectal Carcinoma
