PD-L1-IN-1

PD-L1-IN-1 is a potent small molecule inhibitor of PD-L1 (IC50 = 115 nM) . It blocks the PD-1/PD-L1 interaction, enhancing T-cell-mediated killing of cancer cells like PC9 and HCC827 in vitro by increasing IFN-γ release and inducing apoptosis, with research applications in immuno-oncology.
