Antibacterial agent 106 is a potent, orally bioavailable small molecule effective against multidrug-resistant Gram-positive pathogens. It exhibits robust antibiofilm activity and has demonstrated efficacy in both in vitro assays and in vivo models, notably by eradicating intracellular MRSA within macrophages.
