Osunprotafib
Osunprotafib (ABBV-CLS-484) is an oral PTP1B/PTPN2 inhibitor in clinical development for oncology. It modulates the tumor microenvironment to enhance anti-tumor immunity by potentiating JAK-STAT signaling in NK and CD8+ T cells, thereby reducing T cell exhaustion, as evidenced in preclinical in vivo studies.
