SHP2-IN-9 is a potent and selective SHP2 inhibitor (IC50 = 1.174 μM) with an 85-fold preference over SHP1 and enhanced blood-brain barrier penetration. It blocks SHP2-dependent signaling, inhibiting cancer cell proliferation in vitro and suppressing tumor growth in models of cervical cancer and glioblastoma in vivo.
