SMO-IN-1 (Compound 15) is a bioavailable, orally active inhibitor of the Smoothened (SMO) receptor with an EC50 of 89 nM against Sonic Hedgehog (Shh) signaling. This tool compound is used in both in vitro and in vivo studies to investigate the Hedgehog pathway's role in development and disease.
