HGGPPS-IN-1
HGGPPS-IN-1 is a C-2-substituted thienopyrimidine bisphosphonate analog that potently and selectively inhibits human geranylgeranyl pyrophosphate synthase (hGGPPS) . This compound induces apoptosis in multiple myeloma cells in vitro and has demonstrated anti-myeloma efficacy in vivo models, supporting its use as a research tool in oncology and hematology.
