Kolavenic acid analog
Kolavenic acid analog (KAA) is a small molecule inhibitor of HSET/kinesin-14, exhibiting potent anticancer activity by disrupting centrosome clustering in cancer cells with supernumerary centrosomes. It is a valuable research tool for studying mitosis and aneuploidy in both in vitro cellular models and in vivo xenograft studies targeting HSET-dependent malignancies.
