Imidapril
Imidapril (TA-6366) is an orally active ACE and MMP-9 inhibitor that lowers blood pressure by blocking angiotensin II formation. It is utilized in research models of hypertension, diabetic nephropathy, and chronic heart failure for both in vivo and in vitro experimental studies.
