ErSO-DFP

ErSO-DFP is a potent and selective activator of the unfolded protein response (a-UPR) targeting ERα-positive cancer cells. It demonstrates enhanced selectivity over ErSO and has shown significant anti-tumor efficacy, including the elimination of MCF-7 xenografts in mouse models, supporting its use in oncology research.
