AS-136A
AS-136A is an orally bioavailable small molecule inhibitor of the measles virus RNA-dependent RNA polymerase (RdRp) . It suppresses viral replication by blocking RNA synthesis and has demonstrated antiviral activity in both in vitro and in vivo research models for measles.
