SARS-CoV-2 nsp13-IN-2 (C2) is a chemical probe that inhibits the SARS-CoV-2 nsp13 helicase, demonstrating an IC50 of 42 μM against its ssDNA-stimulated ATPase activity. This inhibitor is a useful tool for in vitro mechanistic studies of coronavirus replication and for screening assays targeting viral helicase function.
