Darifenacin
Darifenacin is a selective muscarinic M3 receptor antagonist used in research to investigate overactive bladder and urinary incontinence. Its anticonvulsant properties are also studied in neurological models, with applications in both in vitro binding assays and in vivo pharmacological studies.
