GGTI-286
GGTI-286 is a selective geranylgeranyltransferase I (GGTase I) inhibitor with an IC50 of 2 μM. It potently blocks Rap1A geranylation in cellular models like NIH3T3 cells and is used in vitro to study the role of geranylgeranylated proteins in cancer and cardiovascular research, showing greater selectivity over farnesyltransferase.
