CBP/p300-IN-17 (compound 7) is a potent dual inhibitor of the histone acetyltransferases EP300 and CBP, with IC50 values of 0.18 μM and 0.69 μM against H3K27 acetylation, respectively. This cell-permeable probe is used in vitro and in vivo to study the roles of CBP/p300 in oncology, immunology, and cellular differentiation.
