Trimazosin
Trimazosin is an orally active quinazoline derivative and a selective alpha1-adrenoceptor antagonist, structurally analogous to prazosin, which induces hypotension. It is utilized in cardiovascular research to study vasodilation and hypertension mechanisms in both in vitro and in vivo experimental models.
