BPTF-IN-1
BPTF-IN-1 (AU1) is a selective small-molecule inhibitor of the BPTF bromodomain, demonstrating a Kd of 2.8 μM and greater selectivity over BRD4. This compound exhibits antimalarial activity and serves as a chemical probe for studying chromatin biology and epigenetic mechanisms in both cellular and parasite models.
