AQX-435 is a small molecule SHIP1 activator that suppresses BCR-mediated PI3K signaling, leading to apoptosis in malignant B cells and inhibition of lymphoma growth. It is a research tool for studying B-cell malignancies and SHIP1 pathway biology in both in vitro and in vivo models.
