ZL-Pin13
ZL-Pin13 is a potent and selective covalent inhibitor of the peptidyl-prolyl isomerase Pin1, exhibiting an IC50 of 67 nM. It effectively suppresses the proliferation of MDA-MB-231 breast cancer cells in vitro and reduces levels of key oncogenic Pin1 substrates, making it a valuable tool for studying Pin1's role in cancer and other diseases.
