RdRP-IN-4

RdRP-IN-4 (11q) is an orally bioavailable arylbenzohydrazide inhibitor targeting the PB1 subunit of influenza virus RdRp. It demonstrates potent in vitro activity against influenza A (H1N1) and B strains with EC50 values of 53 nM and 20 nM, respectively, and has shown significant antiviral efficacy in mouse infection models.
