Antitumor agent-54 (C11) is a 14-3-3η protein inhibitor (K_D: 35 μM) that demonstrates activity against human hepatocellular carcinoma cell lines. It induces G1-S phase cell cycle arrest and apoptosis, exhibiting good metabolic stability for in vitro and in vivo cancer research applications.
