CK2-IN-3 is a highly potent and selective casein kinase 2 (CK2) inhibitor, exhibiting a Kd of 12 nM and differential IC50 values against CK2α (1.51 μM) and CK2α' (7.64 μM) . Its application in cancer research is supported by studies demonstrating its utility in both in vitro cellular assays and in vivo tumor model experiments to investigate CK2-driven oncogenic pathways.
